Travelling to Angel Fire

There are 4 main ways into Angel Fire.
We strongly recommend that RVers DO NOT take HWY 120 under any circumstance.

Additionally, Hwy 434 from Mora has a 3 mile stretch of unpaved road that big rigs, large 5th wheel and travel trailers may find narrow and white-knuckling. We strongly recommend adding some length to your trip and coming in on HWY 64 from I-25 (Springer or Raton) or from Taos when traveling from the south or east. Those coming in from the north have several options out of southern Colorado including Hwy 64 via Raton.

ATTENTION: A NM roadway project will be affecting RV travel from Mora to Angel Fire through 2023. RVers may be turned away and forced to reroute through Taos. Use caution when traveling, especially with large coaches and 5th wheels, from Mora to Angel Fire. The road is narrow in the areas not completed by this roadway project.
